What is ECO4?
ECO4 stands for the Energy Company Obligation (Phase 4), which is the fourth phase of the government's Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, with a £4 billion round of funding to help people improve energy efficiency in their homes. ECO is a long-running program aimed at improving the energy efficiency of homes throughout the UK, especially for low-income and vulnerable households.
The ECO4 grant is open to Tenants, Homeowners, Landlords, and Housing Associations. So long as you fulfil the criteria, you can claim the money. Even if you're not eligible for the ECO4 grant, there are other grants you can take advantage of. Which we can assist you with.
ECO4, which launched in April 2022, is the latest phase and is set to run until March 2026 and is part of the UK's broader efforts to reduce carbon emissions, lower energy bills, and to make homes warmer.
With energy costs at an all-time high, this funding helps make homes warmer and means people can save money on their bills.
